I’m a therapeutic mentor and guide. I help people apply MindBody tools for real life changes; to heal, grow and create a more fulfilling, alive life. I hold space so that people can expand beyond the limits we’ve been taught and unconsciously repeat. Expand beyond limits and misunderstandings about lack, not good enough and "Is this all there is in life?"
Why?
Because I believe each of us has a creative life force to gift ourselves and this world, and that life force is often dammed up behind barriers of doubt and disappointment, fear and fatigue, behind numbness, burdens and binds. It may be hidden behind masks, personas and imposter syndrome, diffused by distractions and weakened by the massive energy drain and vitality block required to keep all that up. I share keys to melting those blocks to fuel your life with the powerful current of love, joy and fulfillment.
